Night & Day Noise Abatement Notice Appeal Update

As many of you will no doubt have read there is an ongoing case involving the 'Night and Day' venue in Manchester. The live music venue which has operated since the early 1990’s is appealing a noise abatement notice issued in 2021 by Manchester CC arising from complaints by a neighbour. 

This was initially heard in November but we understand the case will continue to be heard on 17^th January next year.
